Having run the co-coaching group in Solihull for 6 years, this is one of the most popular.

We meet at a local pub (hopefully – COVID dependant), have lunch and then split into small groups to practice our coaching using the outdoors as a metaphor.

Highly developmental, amazingly restorative and good fun.

If we cannot meet due to any reason, then we will meet online (probably Zoom).

A proportion of any surplus from this event will be donated to one of our supported charities.
