It is tricky in today’s workplace to maintain a level where we can develop and grow. When we are holding this space for our clients, this can be even more tricky.
Imagine then, if you had the opportunity to regularly meet up in a facilitated and supervisory environment with a stable cohort of other coaches. Imagine the conversations, the explorations and the development that you could achieve. The Coaching Development and Supervision Groups are designed for busy coaches (and others providing coaching as part of their work) to meet regularly to explore and develop key aspects of their practice.
It’s a safe space where you and others can explore how to best help your clients/patients. It’s also a chance to learn new things so that you can provide better support to people
Here’s how it works.
We work with a group of like-minded peers to create an agenda around the areas of your professional development where you need support.
Cue – The Coaching Development and Supervision Cohort.
Join a small group of other coaches (maximum 8) to help develop your coaching practice and receive regular supervision.
This started as a concept idea in 2019, and we now have several cohorts running.
The flow of the conversations are constructed by the attendees and is facilitated/supervised by a trained supervisor.
- Perhaps you have some questions about your coaching or have had an ethical challenge hit you?
- Perhaps you want to explore something that happened in a recent coaching session that has made you ask yourself some questions?
- Perhaps you want someone to bounce a business idea off someone, or want to talk through a marketing concept?
Coaching Development and Supervision is just that – a blend of coaching supervision, where we use accepted and new coaching supervision models to help you develop. You may have a question about the difference is between coaching vs supervision? It is different but if you consider a coach works on goals whereas a supervisor focuses on your practice as a coach.
You are invited to join a special community of coaches that have chosen to commit to reaching new heights in their coaching practice by meeting regularly to discuss what they need, helping themselves, and helping others. Joining a Coaching Development and Supervision group is simple.
Just get in touch for an initial conversation. This is to chat through your suitability to a group, explore what you are likely to achieve through joining a group and answer any questions that you may have.
If however, you would prefer 1 on 1 supervision – options do exist here.
