Hi The coach zone,

Welcome to this weeks Get COACHd on Friday.

I have had to go to the dentist this week. Not for an obvious reason, as the crown that had split had not been causing any issues – it was just that it needed to be looked at. The result has been that something else was going on under the tooth that couldn’t be seen by an XRay that required a different treatment plan.

I guess we can read metaphors into most things – but this is like what we do. We are the dentist, when we are working with our clients. We are placing a filling here and there and occasionally helping a reconstruction. Sometimes, even when we are using the cleverest of diagnostics, we need to react to change. This is the natural curiosity that we share, open to discovery and possibility as we dig further into the root complexity of the real issue (did you see what I did there – lol).

It is likely that you received an email from me earlier in the week outlining some of the development opportunities for 2023 including Free Webinars, Co Coaching and Supervision offers.

Of specific diary interest is Co Coaching – Face to Face in Birmingham on 16th January afternoon. Please check this out and book on! Based on the 25 people that provided feedback to me, I have altered the design to balance out some theory and practical as well as extending the session from 2 to 3 hours. There will be a virtual session in February and March so do please check this out.

Next week will be the last edition before Christmas, and it promises to be a bumper one as I share with you some of the most popular articles from 2022.

Until then – Enjoy the reads!
