Hi The coach zone,

Welcome to this weeks Get COACHd on Friday.

A Wow and Giggle moment….

Another wow moment this week as I try and live with being classified as Anti-Growth due to my newfound interest in sustainability and responsible living (and this also made me giggle a bit too).

As we seek inspiration, I thought I would share some moments from some of the emails that land in my inbox. I love these from Exploding Topics They report on rapidly developing trends, insights, and topics on the web. A few to share

Blue Light Sunscreen – Blue light sunscreen is designed specifically to reduce blue light exposure from screens. These sunscreens contain iron oxide, an ingredient that’s especially potent at blocking blue light. Demand for this product category is increasing mainly due to growing awareness of blue light’s impact on the skin. In fact, a survey by Unilever found that 36% of Americans are aware that blue light exposure from screens can negatively impact skin health.

Seed Paper – Seed paper is paper made with embedded seeds. The paper can be planted directly into soil, which can eventually grow into live plants. Interest in seed paper is growing as manufacturers are starting to use the material to create eco-friendly, plantable packaging for their products.

And one of my favourites

Lip Plumper Gloss – Lip plumper glosses are products that make the lips appear fuller and plumper. The product has gone viral on TikTok, with videos mentioning lip plumpers amassing over 465 million views on the platform. Really!

You heard it here!

Quiet quitting is a new buzzword among companies and employees this year — and not in a good way. Quiet quitting refers to employees doing only what their job specifies — and nothing more. At least half of employees in the United States are quietly quitting, a 2022 Gallup survey found. What does that mean?…
