Hi The coach zone,

Welcome to this weeks Get COACHd on Friday.

I have a confession to make. For the past few weeks, COACHd has been on auto. I wrote the content back in August; like many, I took some restorative time off. The time off has reminded me of the importance of downtime, as I am now ready for the final quarter of 2022.

In 10 days (26th September) at 11:30, a small group will meet face to face to do some walking co-coaching. The purpose is to offer an experience of walking coaching – something that I have found highly effective with my clients. It encourages a modicum of exercise and invites us to become more aware of the environment we share with others.

The session will be split into two sections.

  1. The first section will include a short discussion about walking coaching – some of the practicalities, your duty of care, and the impact of location, as well as a quick method.
  2. The second section will include practice. This practice will invite you into Birmingham – to explore, to metaphorize (is that a word?), and to ignite your creative thinking.

If you are not booked yet, then there are still some places available via The Coach Zone.

Enjoy this weeks reads!

See you next week.
